Our B&B at Ardcharnich is just 2 miles from Inverlael, which is at the junction of sections 8 and 9 of the trail. Inverlael and Ardcharnich are linked by the main bus service between Inverness and Ullapool. We are also happy to provide a lift to the B&B if you don't get to Inverlael at a suitable time to catch the bus.

We provide comfy and welcoming accommodation, including a guest lounge, to weary walkers as well as evening meals on request, hearty breakfasts and packed lunches.

It is also a very short bus trip from our B&B to Ullapool, where you can find plenty to enjoy even when the conditions are not suitable for walking the next section of the trail.

Being on the main bus route through to Inverness, we are also ideally situated for wet weather trips to enjoy the falls and lovely riverside walks at Little Garve, the Rogie Falls, the delightful Victorian spa town, Strathpeffer, and of course, Inverness.
