Broomview Cottage B&B is situated off the A835 which is 4 miles from Ullapool, 55 miles from Inverness Airport and Rail Station and 210 miles from Edinburgh. We offer a pick up service from Ullapoool Pier for bus or coach or ferry arrivals. It is also on the famous NorthCoast500 Route.

Ullapool appears a long way from main transport links but after spending both holidays and weekends driving up here at all times of the year, the journey is exhilarating as it takes you through some stunning Highland passes, and the A835 road from Inverness to Ullapool is double track unlike some other Highland routes which have single track sections.

Please note that when approaching Broomview Cottage from the East along main road, indicate to turn right after crossing the Ardcharnich Bridge, slow down and position car for a sharp right turn into our inclined gravel drive. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house. On exiting the drive to go to Ullapool, we recommend that you reverse down the drive and proceed shortly along the main road and turn right at the 1st lay by with a post box. This will avoid unnecessary risk with oncoming traffic and ensure a peaceful onward journey.
